4.000 People Enliven the Ngawi-Kertosono Toll Road Festival
MADIUN - The Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR) together with PT. Jasa Marga organizes Toll Road Festival (FJT) at the Madiun Toll Gate (6/1/2018). This event was held to socialize and be grateful for the smooth development of the project.
Toll Ngawi-Kertosono along 87 km is divided into 4 sections. Most of the construction which is 37,5 km using APBN fund and 49,5 km is built by PT Ngawi Kertosono Jaya (NJK) which the stock majority owned by PT. Jasa Marga.
"It is ready to be inaugurated. I will report to the President and also see his schedule for the inauguration," said PUPR Minister Basuki Hadimuljono, as quoted from pu.go.id (8/1/2018).
The government portion construction progress which is Saradan-Kertosono has reached 45,38%. The tariff per kilometre will be around Rp1,200-1,300 for one class vehicle.
The presence of the Ngawi-Kertosono Toll, which is part of the Trans Java Toll will increase the efficiency of the distribution cost of goods and services as well as the impact to improve the economy.
"Ngawi-Kertosono Toll Road is connected to Solo-Ngawi and Kertosono-Mojekerto-Surabaya Toll Road. Trans Java Toll Road is targeted to be connected at the end of 2018," said Basuki Hadimuljono.
