IE Singapore Supports Singapore Based Companies to Join Indonesia Infrastructure Week 2017

JAKARTA - The Singapore Government through International Enterprise Singapore (IE Singapore) is providing support to Singapore-based companies to join one of Indonesia's largest infrastructure construction events, the Indonesia Infrastructure Week (IIW) 2017, which will be held co-location with Konstruksi Indonesia 2017 and The Big 5 Construct Indonesia 2017 (KIBIG5).

IE Singapura is a statutory board under the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Singapore Government that facilitates the overseas growth of Singapore-based companies and promotes international trade.

IIW 2017 together with KIBIG5 2017 is an annual event of infrastructure, construction and building materials exhibition which will be held on 8-10 November 2017 at the Jakarta Convention Center. Both IIW 2017 and KIBIG5 have Singapore Pavilion that will be specially designated for Singapore companies which participate in the event.

As a form of support, IE Singapore has confirmed a comprehensive funding package for Singapore-based companies exhibiting at IIW 2017 and KI-Big 5 2017 as part of the Official Singapore Pavilion. Exclusive financial benefits include subsidies of up to 50% for exhibition space and stand costs, as well as double tax deductions for additional expenses (travel, freight, marketing, etc.).

"IE Singapore support is very helpful to reduce the various expenses which incurred by Singapore companies who want to follow the exhibition both at IIW 2017 and KIBIG5 2017. Therefore we invite Singapore companies to show the best products and services as well as accessing the market of Indonesia's potential construction infrastructure in this event," said Dwi Febriyanti, Sales Manager of Indonesia Infrastructure Week (IIW) 2017.

IIW 2017 will feature three special exhibition elements ranging from high-level investment forums, exposure to various infrastructure projects, and exhibition of infrastructure products and technology. Stakeholders in this sector, both from the government, private, and local or foreign investors, are expected to meet and dialogue, share knowledge and insight and also conduct business whilst showcase the latest products and technologies.

KIBIG 5 2017 is specifically designed with the concept of 'one stop shopping' for the people in the construction sector in Indonesia as it provides everything needed in the market of the construction industry in the country. This event will be followed by the best companies in the infrastructure construction sector, both local and international by exhibiting a variety of innovative products and latest technology to construction services.
